Mr. Rajan, Founder and Managing Director of Builtech, has been in the business of real estate development for over 4 decades. He is considered as a visionary and pioneer to bring in the concept of apartments to Palakkad. He has been instrumental in transforming the architectural landscape of Palakkad. He is known for his amiable demeanor teamed with unwavering grit and determination to see his vision fulfilled. His leadership acumen is laudable. His hands-on approach and accessibility to the clients has been an integral influence on the ethos of the brand of Builtech.
He is the founding President of CREDAI, Palakkad. He is currently serving as the Joint Secretary of CREDAI Kerala.
Nithin Rajan has been exposed to the construction industry from a young age by accompanying his father, Mr. Rajan. Nithin is currently the Director at Builtech wherein he is adding another dimension to the role of a real estate developer through an Architect’s perspective. He is actively involved with the strategy and operations of Builtech and is spearheading various exciting projects within the company. His involvement has been key for the transition of Builtech into an architecturally sensitive developer. Prior to joining Builtech, Nithin volunteered in Auroville, Pondicherry that helped him understand various sustainable construction techniques and eco-technologies, through hands-on methods.
Nithin Rajan is an alumnus of RV School of Architecture, Bangalore and the Columbia University in the city of New York.
